7. Proceedings: Event Leader

1. Solicit and select publisher or journal for proceedings.
   
   
2. Prepare and obtain approval of publications budget indicating cost recovery.
   
   
3. Request core information (authors and affiliations, abstracts, biographical sketches, bibliographies, photos, manuscripts, tables and illustrations, copyrights, etc.).
   
   
4. Compile and edit core information for consistency, accuracy and grammar.
   
   
5. Arrange for review.
