Biographical Information about Lisa Freedman

Lisa E. Freedman is the Regional Director of Resource Planning and Monitoring in the Pacific Northwest Region of the USDA Forest Service. Her responsibilities include oversight of forest and project planning, inventory and monitoring, hydroelectric power development, appeals, litigation and community connections to ecosystem health. She has held positions in several field offices, the Regional Office and the Office of Forestry and Economic Development. Her responsibilities have included plan development and implementation, interagency coordination, budget development, and management of various district, forest and regional programs. Lisa has a BS in business from Oregon State University and a Masters of Forest Resources from the University of Washington.
