Registration Form

The workshop registration fee is $340. It includes handout materials, Monday night social hour, Tuesday evening banquet, lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, and refreshment breaks. The fee for students is $150.

The day field trips fee on Thursday is $40. It includes handout materials, field transportation, and lunch.

The overnight field trips fee is $90. It includes handout materials, field transportation, one dinner, one breakfast and one lunch.
