Fee
and Registration Form
Participants, other than invited speakers, must register and pay a fee.
The
fee is $150 US for those registering before March 15, 2003 and $175
US for
those registering after that date. You are encouraged to register early,
but registration will continue through April 28, 2003.
The symposium fee includes presentations, handouts, lunch each day,
a reception before the keynote address, a reception during the poster
session, and refreshments during breaks.
To register for the symposium and workshop, please complete the enclosed
registration form. The server hosting this web site is not secure for
purposes of submitting credit card payment. If you plan to use a credit
card as your mode of payment, call the conference coordinator to provide
your Visa or MasterCard information. Additional instructions associated
with payment are incorporated in the registration form.
Need a Refund?
Did you register for the symposium when it was scheduled for September
30 to October 2, 2002 and now you cannot attend? If so, contact the
Outreach Education Office to request your full refund. Direct other
questions related to the postponement to the same office.
