Proceedings
Manuscripts
from the conference will be published in a special issue of the
Canadian Journal of Forest Research. The Canadian Journal of Forest
Research is a prominent journal and has very high standards.
To be accepted
for publication in the CJFR special issue on Forest Vegetation Management:
Useable science, practical outcomes and future needs - submitted
papers must be of high quality and meet the standards set by CJFR.
We will accept articles, notes, reviews and rapid communications.
Papers presenting results from vegetation management studies must
present results from new research that have not already been published
elsewhere. Review papers will be accepted only if they provide a
critical review of a subject area, and provide either a synthesis
of new information or a new perspective.
In view of the limited space available (approximately 180 pages)
for publication, we encourage authors to prepare concise papers.
Manuscripts
should be prepared in accordance with the instructions to authors
provided by the Canadian Journal of Forest Research (http://pubs.nrc-cnrc.gc.ca/cgi-bin/rp/rp2_prog_e?cjfr_instruct_e.html).
Please send
manuscripts electronically (as Acrobat [PDF] or MS-Word [doc or
