Objectives

The forest industry faces a shortage of highly-qualified managers. This concentrated management development course is designed to help prepare the next generation of management executives for the industry. Accordingly, we strive to expose participants to strategic thinking in areas such as planning, marketing, finance, innovation, etc.

Co-developed between the Colleges of Forestry and Business at OSU, this program is tailored to meet the context and needs of forest industry managers.
