For all oral presentations at workshop and for all poster presenters who wish to write a paper for inclusion in the proceedings.

Important dates:

·                    August 15th: Authors arrive at workshop with a complete manuscript (paper and electronic) formatted in PNW Station style, with tables and figures at end of paper, and an electronic copy of the presentation, please turn in at workshop registration

·                    September 10th: Papers will be checked for consistency and returned to authors

·                    October 8th: Authors accomplish their in-house manuscript approval (including any reviews, reconciliation of review, and edifications to manuscript) and return manuscript to conference coordinators

·                    November 8th:  After minor editing and layout preparation, galley proofs will be returned to authors for final check

·                    November 18th:  Authors return galley proofs to workshop coordinators to complete final editing and layout of proceedings
